What is a capsule?
A logical container (manifest + keys + rules) that references files in your account storage and applies access/unlock policies.
Is AlfaNest free?
Account creation is free. Capsules are paid, each including Standard Encryption. Advanced features, extra storage, and Military-Grade Encryption are available as paid upgrades.
Which devices are supported?
Desktop and mobile via modern browsers.

What capsule types are available?
Standard Unit – text + images (JPEG/PNG).
Missionpod Core – Standard + audio (MP3).
Alfa Core – Standard + audio + video (MP4) + crypto wallet keys.
Tri-Lock Core – all of the above + advanced file formats (.glb, .src, .zip).
Genesis Core – fully customizable (all files, NFT, crypto, animations), "Ultra" level.
Missionpod Core – Standard + audio (MP3).
Alfa Core – Standard + audio + video (MP4) + crypto wallet keys.
Tri-Lock Core – all of the above + advanced file formats (.glb, .src, .zip).
Genesis Core – fully customizable (all files, NFT, crypto, animations), "Ultra" level.
Can I upgrade my capsule type later?
Yes. Your content stays, capabilities expand.
How many capsules can I create?
It depends on your plan and allocated storage.
3. Storage & Upload
How is storage allocated?
Storage is per account, not per capsule:
Standard Unit: 2 GB
Missionpod Core: 3 GB
Alfa Core: 4 GB
Tri-Lock Core: 5 GB
Genesis Core: 6 GB

What if I need more space?
Add-ons are available (+100 GB / +500 GB / +1 TB) or pay-as-you-go per GB/month.
File size limit?
Soft limit ~500 MB – 1 GB per file.
How do I upload large files?
Files are uploaded in chunks (~50 MB), resumable. The file appears as one item in your capsule.
Do chunks affect pricing?
No. Billing is based on total storage used, not chunk count.
4. Encryption & Security
What encryption is included?
All paid capsules include Standard Encryption. Higher-tier capsules include Advanced Encryption, while Military-Grade Encryption is an optional paid upgrade available for any capsule.
Do you store my keys?
No. Key control belongs entirely to the user. Lost keys/seed phrases cannot be recovered.
Can I combine unlock methods (password, split key, timer)?
Yes. Recommended for highly sensitive digital legacy use cases.
Do you monitor capsule content?
No proactive monitoring of encrypted content. However, illegal content (child exploitation, organ trafficking, fraud, etc.) is strictly forbidden. Detected or reported abuse may lead to account suspension and cooperation with authorities as required by law.
5. Legacy & Unlock
Who decides the unlock method?
The user. The capsule follows your rules: heir unlock, timer, direct key, or split key.
What unlock methods exist?
Heir unlock, Time-Lock, Direct key, Split Key (SSS). These can be combined.
What if an heir does not respond?
You can set fallback rules (e.g., emergency timer). If all keys are missing, the capsule remains locked.
What is Vault Gateway and when is it used?
A secure entry point for unlock flows without an AlfaNest account (e.g., heirs using split key/time-lock). It is not a login method, only an external-controlled gateway for capsule unlocking.
6. NFT & Crypto Ready
Can I tokenize a capsule as an NFT?
Yes, especially Genesis Core capsules. The NFT includes metadata and access rules.
On which network?
Target integration is Solana, with Wallet Connect & Web3 Login support (e.g., Phantom).
Do capsule NFTs have real utility?
Yes. Unlock rules, upgrades, integration with $AND.
Will there be a marketplace?
Yes, an AlfaNest NFT marketplace is planned.
7. The $AND Token
What is $AND?
The AlfaNest utility token (capsule upgrades, staking, gaming, NFT/marketplace). Strategic direction: integration with RWA (Real-World Assets) via "Real-World Intent Containers" (inheritance, legal documents, instructions). Details will be formalized in the whitepaper.
On which network?
Solana (SPL Token), with a total supply of 1 billion $AND.
Presale structure?
10% (100M) distributed in 3 rounds: $0.0015 / $0.003 / $0.005. Vesting: 10% TGE, remainder linear over 6 months.
Are $AND purchases refundable?
No. Token transactions are final and non-refundable.
8. Game & Gamification
What is AlfaNest Legacy Defense?
A game mode integrated with $AND for unit upgrades, tournaments, rewards, and rare NFTs.
Do my game points have value?
Yes, for leaderboard ranking and reward distribution.
9. Payments & Refunds
What do I pay for?
Capsules, encryption upgrades, storage add-ons, NFT/Web3 features, and certain game items.
Which payment methods are accepted?
Cards, crypto, and other options shown at checkout.
Refunds?
No refunds for $AND tokens. Other digital services follow Terms & Conditions.
10. Privacy & Data
What data do you collect?
Minimum account data and basic telemetry for operation/security.
Who can see my capsules?
Only you and those granted access by your rules.
How do I delete my data?
You can delete files/capsules or your entire account (irreversible).
11. Account & Access
How do I create an account?
Through signup. Then you can purchase capsules.
Can I log in with my wallet?
No. Standard login is with email + password (and optional 2FA). Wallet connection is only for Web3 actions (tokens, NFTs, marketplace).
Split key / timer = login?
No. Split key and time-lock apply only to capsule unlocking, not to account login. These rules can be executed in your account or via Vault Gateway.
Forgot my password?
Use password reset. If you enabled advanced methods (split key/timer), you are responsible for keeping recovery notes safe.
12. Support
How do I contact support?
Via the Contact page. For sensitive info, use onetimesecret.com instead of plain email.
Will you ever ask for my seed phrase?
Never. Any such request is phishing.
