// ALFANEST WASTELAND
Dead projects are not failures.
They are inventory.
List abandoned repos, get an automated S.P.E.C.I.A.L. audit from
The Overseer, trade through Vault escrow,
and pay in Scraps.
// HOW IT WORKS
Four steps from dead code to live trade
Upload your abandoned project, let The Overseer audit it, set a price in Scraps, and trade through Vault escrow.
UPLOAD & LIST
Upload a ZIP or connect your GitHub repo. The Overseer runs an automated audit — your code stays private.
AI AUDIT
Scans architecture, dependencies, security, and build status. You get a S.P.E.C.I.A.L. score and a clearance verdict.
CONTACT & NEGOTIATE
Send a message to the seller to start a conversation. Sellers have 48h to respond or you get a refund.
VAULT ESCROW
Lock Scraps, inspect the code in a read-only sandbox, then accept or walk away. Disputes are handled automatically.
// THE OVERSEER
S.P.E.C.I.A.L. audit
Every listed project is scanned automatically. The agent runs in isolation, checks if the code builds, maps dependency relationships, and emits a 7-axis score.
S.P.E.C.I.A.L. dimensions
Each axis is scored and combined into a single Resurrection score. On a live listing you will see values per axis; here we only document what they mean.
- Security — secrets, dependencies, obvious risk
- Product — usefulness and completeness of the product idea
- Economics — effort vs value, licensing fit
- Community — docs, tests, onboarding
- IP — licensing clarity and redistribution risk
- Architecture — structure, modularity, debt
- Legal — third-party and compliance flags
Report, preview, Vault
The Overseer adds a short necropsy-style summary: why the project looks abandoned, what is salvageable, and stack notes. Buyers see a limited preview until purchase; full source ships after escrow release.
// ESCROW STATES
Typical flow: listed → contacted → escrowed → previewed → released. Timing and dispute windows follow the contract on each deal.
