// THE YARD
Offers
Wanted is demand: you shout what you need. Offers are supply: audited dead code sitting in the open—each listing is an offer with a Scraps price, Overseer report, and a path to Vault when a scavenger bites.
// SUPPLY SIDE
What an offer is
Every published listing is an offer: repo or archive + narrative audit + terms visible before anyone pays. Nothing is hidden behind handshake-only deals—the yard is lit. Buyers scavenge by search, filters, and trust signals; sellers compete on clarity, score, and price in Scraps.
// LIST
If you are selling
You upload or connect sources, run The Overseer, set your ask, and publish. Your offer can surface to buyers browsing the yard and—when rules match—to scavengers who posted a Wanted. Ranks and bundles change how you pay fees and how loud your signal is.
// SCAVENGE
If you are buying
You read S.P.E.C.I.A.L., Resurrection, necropsy, and tags before you spend a Scrap. When an offer fits, you message the seller, agree scope, and lock payment in Vault—same escrow story as everywhere else on WASTE.LAND.
// DEMAND MEETS SUPPLY
The other half: Wanted
When the yard does not surface the right salvage fast enough, buyers post a Wanted. Sellers with matching offers get introduced through the same trust rails. Use Offers to browse what exists today; use Wanted to hunt what is not listed yet.
